Lead Follow-up Activities update is the most widely used function in the LeadPro247 lead tracking and management system. Leads are followed up by sales associates / agents based on various business criteria and sales stages are updated along with follow-up notes in the Manage Leads module of the system.
When you have hundreds or thousands of leads in the system, a variety of filters can be applied to the search function in order to locate the required prospects for taking follow up action. For example, Lead ID, Last name, Email ID, Lead date, Sales Stage, Account / Company name, etc. are frequently used standard search criteria to filter and list the leads.
In addition to this feature, the LeadPro 24/7 system provides advanced filter options based on other Lead Profile properties and previous follow-up activities (frequency / count / date range) such as phone calls, emails or meetings.
In addition to these existing search parameters, the following three new properties have been added.
- Touched / Untouched – The system marks the leads as Untouched when initially captured by the system. Any further action (such as assignment, update, email, etc.) update the respective lead as Touched.
- Contacted / Not Contacted – When certain follow-up activities are added / associated to a lead, the lead can be marked by the system as Contacted. (The Lead Activity definition module is used to configure the activities as required).
- Last Followup Date – The date of the last manual follow-up activity is updated as the Last Follow-up date in the system.
These parameters can be used to search the sales leads and then take the required follow up action. These properties can also be listed in the on-screen report using the Advanced Options column selection.
